CITYLIT PROJECT
CityLit United! Soccer fans unite with CityLit as they offer activities that focus on the game of soccer. Popular Baltimore Blast players will read children’s books, Blast players and others will lead discussions in acclimating to life in America (the theme of One Maryland One Book's 2010 selection, Outcasts United). There will also be soccer demonstrations for the youth and refreshments.

CREATIVE ALLIANCE/NANA PROJECTS/SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The 2010 Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival: GROW! The magic of the earth ignites! The shining lanterns, glittering stilt-walkers and thundering bands of the 2010 Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival: GROW! levitate from the earth! Ten-foot-tall farmers tend glowing veggies. Colossal cucumbers cavort! Lady bugs dance! Towering beets blaze! The Gourd Orchestra, Sac Au Lait, The Barrage Band and others perform! Over 100 neighbors carry their handmade lanterns through Patterson Park! Come early for a hayride, lantern making, a New Day of the Dead Community Altar, food and fun at the Festival!

EUBIE BLAKE NATIONAL JAZZ INSTITUTE AND CULTURAL CENTER
Open House at the Eubie Blake Center We present a showcase of the resident artists of the center along with other premiere artists of Baltimore: visual artists in the Center's 1st floor galleries, literary artists from monthly spoken word performances, vocal and instrumental artists from music and dance programs, plus artists from the Center's adult and children's dance program.

GREATER REMINGTON IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION
Hauntingdon Ave Halloween Event This event for the whole family showcases and celebrates local artists and musicians of the Remington community. The art work and festival decor resulting from workshops held earlier this year will be installed on porch fronts up and down the 2900 block of Huntingdon Ave. Featured work will be a puppet show created by both children and adults with the guidance of Black Cherry Puppet Theatre.
